In this episode I share my experience investing in a 1,423 Unit Multifamily Investment Fund. This is a short but educational episode in which I speak about how I found this fund, the assets within the fund, projected returns, etc. I also speak about how this investment nearly doubled my personal Limited Partner portfolio, and how its less risky then the other investments.
I also uncover some underwriting concerns I missed before I investing in this fund! (you can't win them all) Unfortunately, there's not a lot of information out there on investing in Multifamily Investment Funds for Limited Partners so I hope this short episode will be somewhat educational.

SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL SERIES: This episode is 3 of a 4 part special educational series to help anyone invest in their first Multifamily Syndication in 6-Months or less. Part 3 covers how to find a good GP group to invest with. Bear in mind, this is probably the most important task you will face as a Passive Investor. You can invest in the very best asset, but if the GP group is incompetent you can lose a lot more than money. (i.e. more money and time) So, be sure to check out this episode out if you're struggling finding a needle in a haystack.

This week I interview Sandhya Seshadri. Sandhya's invested in over 17 multifamily syndications as a passive investor before syndicating her own deals as a GP. She shares her worst and best investments, talks about "capital raisers" and why she decided to become a full-time syndicator. Not only is Sandhya one of the smartest people I've had on my Podcast, but she's 100% transparent like me. So if you're interested in learning from someone who's invested in over 17 syndications and lived to see another day you absolutely cannot miss this episode.

In this episode, I share with my listeners "why" I bought my first Rolex watch. I explain the crazy story of "what happened" to make me finally pull the trigger, a rude awakening on the Rolex buying process (there's a waitlist and you can't just go buy one), and how I actually purchased the watch.

In this episode, I give my listeners a quick update on yours truly. I talk about football, work, passive investments, family and a new hobby I'm extremely passionate about! No celebrity guest interview here, or educational content. Just me talking to you, my listeners as if I was talking to a good friend. These episodes are more "me" than any other, and although they are not as popular as other content these are the episodes I enjoy making the most.

Our first episode of the New Year won't disappoint, as we sit down for a rare interview with Multifamily Legend Joe Fairless! Joe is someone whom needs no introduction, however we're happy to share some of his major accomplishments:
In this episode, Joe and I have a friendly chat about music, dealing with Success, Ashcroft Capital, his daily podcast and words he lives by. We're honored to have Joe on our podcast, as he's no longer doing podcast interviews so this was truly a rare treat for us and our loyal listeners.
