No one taught you how to have a healthy sex life. It's ok, no one taught me growing up either.
But after 4 years of studying and practicing the sensual and seductive arts, I learned that if you want a happy and healthy sex life, just like anything else…it starts with a little time and attention on you.
How much of your self-care are you devoting to having a healthy relationship with your sexuality?
My guess is…next to none.
I know that if you're raising a family, you feel like a smashing success if you make it to yoga once or twice a week, or when you meal-prep enough to ensure you don't end up at Chick-fil-a.
I'm not giving you another to-do, but if you deep-down desire more intimacy and connection with your partner (or the one you'd like to have), giving yourself a couple minutes once or twice a week to focus on self-care for your sexuality will help you feel more connected to the woman inside of you.
That's why today over on the podcast, I wanted to give you my 8 favorite self-care practices for your sex life.

Today we're talking about sexual empowerment…what it is, and how to get it.
Why? Because as a society, we're just now discovering what a world of sexually empowered women might even look like.
You might think this is nonsense because women already are sexually empowered and on the outside that may be true for most women, but what I'm talking about is internally sexually empowering woman too.
There of plenty of externally sexually powerful women who:
But that doesn't mean that these externally sexually powerful women:
Being sexually empowered as a woman means being able to choose a sexuality in alignment with the depth of who you are and knowing how to use this most powerful force for your own thriving, pleasure and delight.
It's about taking back the power that we've made empowering to everyone else but the women herself.
We've made it powerful to the men/women who feel powerful when they fuck it, or claim it, and to the advertising industry when they make millions off of it.
It's time to take it back and learn to use your sexual power for your own goddamn good ladies.

After all the work you've done on yourself, do you still struggle with really loving your body and celebrating your sexuality?
I know so many women that have done self development work for years, that are in the wellness and fitness industry and rocking businesses and motherhood, but when it comes down to how they really feel about their body and sexuality…they'll tell me that's the one area of life they just don't know where to start or how to heal.
We all think that if we could loose those last couple pounds, or if we had a little less cellulite there, or if we try the next trendy eating regime, then we will give ourselves permission to truly love our body.
But, how many times, after doing all those things, do you still look in the mirror and think…"I need to loose 1 or 2 more pounds and then everything will be alright."?
The truth is, you can't heal body hate and sexual shame by looking for something on the outside to fix something on the inside.
Unfortunately, there's no magic pill you can take to change the way you treat and feel about your body and sexuality….that can lessen the negative thoughts every time you look in the mirror, but you can start to shift and heal these things with your intention, focus, and regular sexual self care practice using the jade egg.
Listen in today to learn the 4 jade egg related practices that I use with my one-on-one coaching clients to help them feel more self love and sexual celebration than they've ever felt in their life!
