In this episode, Lisa and Amber cover the 2000 murder of Amanda "Mandy" Tusing.  Mandy was traveling Highway 18 headed to her home in Dell from her fiance's apartment in Jonesboro one stormy night.  Unfortunately, Mandy would never make it home.
