This case is every parent’s worst nightmare….11 year old Jacob Wetterling was on his way back from a convenience store with his brother and a friend. They had just rented a movie and were walking their bikes back down the dirt road leading to Jacob’s house. Out of nowhere a man appears. He's wearing a mask and has a gun. He orders 2 of the boys to run away and when they get far enough away that they feel safe, they turn around to look back but see nothing. The man AND Jacob are both gone. Who took Jacob? It would take nearly 27 years to find the answer.
