In this week’s episode, AJ and I discuss how to recognize red flags associated with possible manipulators early in the talking stage, as well as how relationships with them typically proceed.  This information is intended to be an additional resource to help single people find a safe individual to be their spouse.  Please understand that I am just a Coach, and none of what I say is ever a substitute for Counseling or Therapy by a licensed Mental Health Practitioner.

If you are already married, and suspect or know that you are experiencing abuse, please reach out to loved ones whom you know and trust for help.  We have listed some additional resources below for those in Canada, the UK, and the USA.  

If you’re experiencing abuse, I’m so sorry that is happening to you dear Sister or Brother.  There are likely resources available in your area that are searchable on Google.  Here are a few, specifically for Muslim Women, which may be a good place to start (please note, we have no affiliations with any of the following organizations):
