I dont know who needs to hear this but if youve been feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, and tasks that you could have easily done last week are very difficult to even start now, it might be burnout!! burnout is real and hard to solve but recognizing it may be a helpful first step.

Be proud of your progress and keep taking steps forward no matter how small. You will eventually reach your full potential and you will look back on the days you thought you’d never make it, and you will smile, and be proud that you never gave up on yours.
