Rob is back with another great episode! This time Rob sits down with Ben. Rob and Ben have know each other for a few months and in that time Ben has been doing his "Wakey Races" where he runs with his wheelbarrow that is wrapped like Robs Van.
He is using the Wheel Barrow to show the invisible load that people with mental ill health carry every single day! he is completing several race challenges and hoping to end this group of challenges by completing an Everesting challenge! he will run with his wheel barrow for over 8900M!
Ben also goes on to talk about how there was a time in his life where he was so low he was not thinking right.

James also talks about how he looks after his self now and the work he does to support not only the MYH Podcast but other people that are doing work to support people with there mentle health and well-being.

Darcie talks about how she receives alot of hate and people saying she cant do her job because she is a girl! over the past few months that has gone up 10X's because she has started an onlyfans acc and that has sent the hate through the roof!
