Sara uses traditional old school pioneer methods to recreate and restore copper cookware, all hand made or should I say, hammered by her! It's powerful to watch her instagram stories and YouTube videos taking us through the process of literally how much blood, sweat, and tears goes into creating each piece she forges. They're Nutritarians, which is completely plant based, BUT also without using any oils, fats, sugar, and keeping the salt to a bare minimum. However, they do indulge in things like seafood, pizza, mussels, shrimp from time to time as well! In addition, Sara and her family grow some vegetables, fruits, and herbs, and live in a very unique and beautiful way that allows them to be their happiest and healthiest without skimping on the things that make life sweet!
