The Mystic Menagerie Podcast

Thom Burgess pops by again for a chat about his exciting new project Ghoster, the Fortean oracle Nathan Sarea explores erotic entities and saucy spirits and Dan and Freddie cover a wide range of topics in Our Bizarre Life including haunted dolls, seances and the strange case of the disappearing fairy book.

;

We also have the legendary King Arthur Uther Pendragon, protector of Stonehenge and chief Druid chatting with us on an array of subjects and knighting Dan and Freddie on the show! Arthur has many tales to tell and you will hear lots of them here!

Finally we have the Fortean Oracle, Nathan Sarea, chewing over some deep and mystical subjects and the usual chit chat and fun from Freddie and Dan.

;

We also have a fascinating interview with James McWilliams on ghost walks and voodoo in New Orleans and you will get to hear the spooky story of the New Orleans Axe Man!!

The Fortean Oracle section has a very disturbing ghost story concerning the deceased King of Pop, Michael Jackson and a discussion as to whether Jim Morrisson of The Doors faked his death or not.

;

We kick 2016 off on rather a sombre note as we discuss the untimely passing of David Bowie, the main topic of our Christmas Special.

The Mystic Menagerie team also reveal their predictions for 2016 and most of them are not good!

We turn the depressing mood around though with two amazing interviews from the world of music as we share ghost stories with pop sensations Right Said Fred and author and member of the cult band The Chrysanthemums, Terry Burrows.

So join us for another 4 hours of sea monsters, Planet X, The Rendlesham Forest Incident, film reviews – The Bababook, The Lobster & It Follows, music from Ramases and much more!

Happy New Year to all and let's hope none of our predictions for 2016 happen!

It wouldn't be Christmas without a good ghost story and... David Bowie.

We also talk to director and producer Lawrie Brewster and musician and screenwriter Sarah Daly about their current psychological horror 'The Unkindness of Ravens'.

And it wouldn't be a trip to The Mystic Menagerie without a visit from the Fortean Oracle himself, Nathan Sarea where we discuss bleeding statues, Vietnam and spirit photography.
