  • CompensATion ConversATion: Health Care Economics

    Tune in to another episode of "CompensATion ConversATion," a special series on “The NATA-Cast” podcast. In this episode, host David Gallegos, MA, ATC, Cert.     The NATA AT Compensation Task Force was formed in August 2021 with the purpose of investigating what influences compensation for athletic trainers, including economic, social and health care related issues.
     
    The “CompensATion ConversATion” series, available through “The NATA-Cast” podcast, focuses on what the task force has identified as the five stages in the life cycle of employment: fundamentals, recruitment, advancement, retention and separation. Each of these cycles will feature an in-depth discussion on potential strategies and solutions to some of the more commonly faced issues found in each stage.
