Accused number 2 in the Senzo Meyiwa case - Bongani Ntanzi has admitted that a man by the name of Ntokozo Mjiyako was present in the room when he signed the second alleged confession statement on the 24th of June 2020. State prosecutor Ronnie Sibanda says the testimony contradicts what his defence counsel told the court. Murder accused Bongani Ntanzi was being grilled at the high court in Pretoria about his allegations that he was assaulted and tortured into signing confession statements.
