Our next guest has found her way into our living rooms every night, for the last three decades and is considered a living legend in the entertainment industry. When she is not on stage, she is advocating for breast cancer awareness - lending her voice as a cancer survivor.
She has recently lost a close friend that she has known from Form 1 (Grade 8) who had lived with her in the period before her passing. She was reflecting on the friendship and was super thankful for the longevity of her relationship. However, she was very concerned about the state of friendships and how easily people end friendships without working through problems. The question she wants to ask our listeners is: What are the foundations and values for a friendship that will last a lifetime? Can we overcome the breakdowns in friendships as we grow older?
