Unicef reports that 73 percent of children and youth felt they needed mental health support between October 2021 and October 2022, however, only 38 percent of them were actively looking for help. Access to counseling services, as well as the cost of counselling, remains one of the barriers to getting help. As the rate of unemployment among the youth continues to grow, what options are there for help?
