In this episode of The Nature of Invisible Things podcast, I'm joined once more by my friend Leah for a joyful and uplifting conversation about the magic of the heart and how to tap into its compassionate wisdom to transform our everyday experiences.
Together, we explored the significance of the heart in traditional Chinese medicine and its connection to summer, discussing its role as a ruler and its relationship to emotions and other organs.
We examine the heart's role in communication and perception, including its scientifically researched electromagnetic energy and its connection to astrology and cultural perspectives on emotions.
Join us as we invoke heart magick and explore how it can assist us in times of societal change.
Welcome back, Leah!
Leah’s Bio:
Leah Lubin is an acupuncture physician, energy healer, and soul guide based in Tampa, Florida. She is passionate about helping others connect with their inner child and move through life with greater ease, clarity, and joy.
While imbuing protection, Leah energizes self-compassion, curiosity, and self-trust, allowing her patients and clients to experience wholeness, to feel the deep well of peace, safety, and love within their own being. Along her own sacred journey, Leah has learned the profound healing that can come from the pure (and sometimes uncomfortable) surrender to grace, allowing the heart and soul to be nurtured.
Leah also loves being a bridge between Western minds and Eastern energy concepts, teaching the multidimensional nature of energy medicine in the human body.
She is an artist, auntie, cat mom, magic maker, and booty shaker.
Venusian at heart, she always stops to smell the flowers.
