In today's show, we discuss and recap the events/signings that occurred on the first day of the 2022 NBA Free Agency Period. The New York Knicks and free agent center Mitchell Robinson reached an agreement on a new four-year contract worth $60 million, according to his agent. The big man averaged 8.5 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.8 blocks in 72 games for New York last season. ~ It looks like Ricky Rubio will be returning to Cleveland, as the veteran guard is nearing a multi-year deal with the Cavaliers, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. Rubio played in 34 games for the Cavs last season before tearing his left ACL. The Cavs traded him to the Indiana Pacers as an expiring contract at the deadline, but both sides were obviously interested in a reunion. Rubio will help to provide some veteran leadership on a young Cavs team.  ~ Gary Payton II played a key role en route to the Warriors' championship last season.
