Hello, my name is Neil Fox. I am a radio host on WWPR am (Tampa Bay, FL), independent journalist, and children's educator. I have been covering issues related to LGBT, disability, and human rights for many years. As a gay person myself, these topics are very important to me.

You can find my show at: https://open.spotify.com/show/3R7fPMRrm4hOJyUevOuQik

I am autistic. I get around in a wheelchair because of a severe auto accident.

Before a major auto accident in 2020, I worked as a senior business analyst for one of the largest small business consulting firms in america (Global Resources, LLC). I am currently a disabled individual on social security disability benefits. I use a manual (non-powered) wheelchair to get around. I was born with a brittle bone genetic condition called Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type 1.

I use the Tmobile IP relay service for calls for medical reasons primarily due to anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and depression. I can speak if absolutely necessary but I do not prefer to. I prefer nonverbal communication (emailing, writing, texting, IP relay etc). I do not need a sign language interpreter. I do not have issues with hearing. I can receive calls and texts at this number but all calls are redirected to relay.

Under the accommodation guidelines set out by the ADA, I am requesting the ability to conduct business with you by email or IP relay because I am a disabled individual with mental health and memory issues. Please be patient with me. I am relatively high functioning, but I do not understand nuance, so just spell it out clearly. No need to mince words, just give it to me as clearly and simply as possible.

My name and pronouns:

My preferred name is Neil Fox, preferred pronouns to refer to me should be male (he/him), and I would like to be addressed as Neil Fox, not Jeffery or Wacaster. (Operator, you may need to clarify this with the person on the line since most of the IP relay operators at Tmobile are female, but I prefer to be addressed as he/him pronouns).

I greatly appreciate your kindness and attention reading this letter. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you and I hope you have a wonderful day.
