That is why our hashtag#wealth has to be organic and not hinged on the external or those who continue to use such tools to weaponize themselves against any competition from the historically poor. The US State Dept
issuance of a hashtag#traveladvisory on the island of hashtag#Jamaica is a strategic move by the US to limit the rising competition and to control the island as Jamaica is not unstable and has been gaining while lowering hashtag#crimeandviolence. Cities in the US is dealing with mass shootings and rising crime and violence while Jamaica's Jamaica's murder rate has cut in half when compared to last year. Yet the US used this calm moment to issue a travel advisory against Jamaica citing rising homicides when this is not widespread and limited to certain inner-cities like that of Philadelphia and Chicago yet there is no travel advisory not to travel to Philadelphia. However, the US does not like to be outshined by poorer peoples and countries. So they have sought to slap a punitive action against Jamaica to continue to enslave the peoples into doing its bidding or to limit the competition. Every country has the right to advise its citizens, but it must be reasonable and fair. Moreover, smaller countries should not allow themselves to be bullied by bigger countries using such tactics to control. That is why hashtag#caribbean unity and integration is pivotal and Black and Brown and working-class people must remain supportive and together. Americans must not allow our government to continue these dictatorial and unfair tactics of the Caribbean and black countries.

March 09, 2024 News Update Round Up On Haiti: Is a Haitian-Led Solution Possible?
Question: Given the chaos in Haiti, is a Haitian-Led Solution Possible? If it is, will it succeed? Recently, Renaldo McKenzie, Creator and Host of The NeoLiberal Round Podcast and YouTube Channel, and Senior Editor of The NeoLiberal Journals interviewed Fr. Hyvenson Josephs, a Haitian American, scholar, Episcopal Priest and Professor to discuss the latest situation in Haiti. The interview was revealing and breaking providing commentary and new details about the situation in Haiti.
1. Dr. Ariel Henry is now in Puerto Rico after being denied entry into the Dominica Republic enroute to Haiti. Dr. Ariel the Installed Prime Minister of Haiti, who is currently exile from the country, was in Nairobi Kenya signing a Treaty to allow for bilateral relations between the two countries. The treaty was needed to satisfy Kenya’s courts over ruling and objecting to the request for Kenya to send a peace keeping force to Haiti. The treaty was signed and as such would provide the greenlight allowing Kenya to send the force. However, it is not clear as to whether the treaty was legal and constitutional as Dr. Ariel Henry’s authority to sign such a treaty violates Haitian law and constitution since he was installed and not elected and not the President of Haiti. Moreover, Dr. Ariel Henry was asked not to return to Haiti by the gangs and the police who are closely monitoring the ports of entry for Henry’s arrival. It is interesting to point out that the police and gangs are not working together, yet, they both have taken over the airports and oppose to the return of Dr. Henry.
2. Dr. Ariel Henry was asked to step down by the US Department of State and is set to travel to Jamaica where he will announce his resignation. What is perplexing is that while in power, Ariel was unpopular among majority of the Haitian peoples who have asked him to step down. yet he held onto power for a long time since his installment by the gang of 4 including France, Canada, US, and to a lesser degree UK and Brazil. It was not until foreigners asked him to resign that he relented, but refused the protestations of his own people. This suggests that even Ariel rejected Haiti’s own independence, sovereignty and democracy, appealing to the external rather than the internal.
3. CARICOM heads are meeting with a select group of Haitian ministers to discuss a way forward.
4. Haiti is still in a State-of-Emergency as over 98 % of prisoners, from three of the major prisons representing over 80% of all prisoners, remain at large with no solution in sight. It is not clear if the criminals will make their way to other countries given the millions of migrants who are crossing various borders in the Americas today.
Question: given the chaos, is a Haitian-led solution possible and if it is will it succeed?

March 08, 2024 The Crisis Deepens in Haiti Featuring Fr. Hyvenson Josephs with Renaldo McKenzie Pt.1 (Full Episode)
(Full Episode) Breaking News and Update on the Haitian Crisis: We interviewed Fr. Hyvenson Josephs, an Episcopalian Priest, Professor and Haitian American, on the situation in Haiti. The dialogue was quite revealing going deeper into the crisis and providing updates and clarification on the news surrounding the #prisonbreak and #arielhenry exile and some recent developments on the Gangs and the Police taking over the airports to prevent the Installed Prime Minister Dr. Ariel Henri returning to the island.
Moreover, Fr. Joseph corrected earlier reports that 80 % of prisoners had escaped; indicating that 98 % of the prisoners escaped from three of the largest state prisons with criminals on death row and or those charged with the assassination of the then PM Jovenelle Moise in 2023.
Furthermore, Fr. Hyvenson reported that the country is still in a state of emergency which we thought may be termed chaos; as the PM is now in Puerto Rico after being denied entry into DR. He was then asked by the US Department of State to step down which he plans to do when he travels to Jamaica where he is hoping to get the protection of the Jamaicans.
In the meantime, Fr. Josephs reports that CARICOM is meeting with a select committee of Haitian Ministers to discuss a way forward.
The prisoners remain at large with no plans to recapture them, while the police and the chief relationship sour over accusations of collusion with the gangs. The gangs had boldly announced that they were going to free the prisoners which they did.

2. Police are protesting against the Police Chief accusing him of:
3. Associating with gangs that caused the prison outbreak.
4. Dr. Ariel Henri the Installed PM of Haiti is currently in exile in Nairobi Kenya after meeting with officials to sign a treaty that greenlights a peacekeeping force.
Breaking News coming in as it relates to Haiti. There has been a Prison outbreak in Haiti which was orchestrated by the gangs.
In addition, the rank and file of the police are protesting against the police chief who they are accusing of working with the gangs that led to the prison outbreak.
Moreover, Dr. Ariel Henri, who was the installed PM of Haiti is exiled temporarily in Nairobi Kenya. He went to Kenya to sign a contract/ treaty for Kenya to send a peacekeeping force to Haiti, because the gang of 4 asked Kenya and their courts rejected it however they were still working on getting a force there and had to sign a treaty.
However, while there the Haitians declared that Henri was not to return and he has been there since.

March 04, 2024 BREAKING NEWS: Supreme Court Overturns Colorado Decision Barring Trump from Ballot
BREAKING NEWS: The United States Supreme Court has made a groundbreaking decision, overturning Colorado’s lower court's ruling that barred former President Donald Trump from appearing on the ballot in Colorado. However, this decision diverges from a strict interpretation of the law, as it hinges on subjective interpretations rather than adhering strictly to legal precedent. The justices opted for an approach that emphasizes inferred implications rather than a direct measure of the law, setting a precedent that is both unprecedented and ominous in its potential ramifications.
The US Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Colorado’s lower court’s ruling to bar Trump from the ballot was based, in my estimation, on the implication of the law and not the spirit or measure of the law and constitution. This therefore sets a precedence imbuing the justices with the powers to challenge the Constitution by asserting their subjective opinions on the implications of following the spirit of the laws. Now let us see what their decision means for our lives going forward. In effect, that is what pertains from their finality on whether Trump violates the Constitution and deserves to run again. It opens the door for opportunists who may want to repeat January 6. While the courts kicked the matter to the politicians, it is important to point out that politicians are never best at making laws about themselves that limit their powers and while we wait for that to happen a repeat offender has the green light to do so again following their decision.
Furthermore, what about state's rights and individual's rights? we are quick to appeal to states rights but now we are limiting states rights?
According to reports from the Associated Press, the Supreme Court's decision marks a turning point in the ongoing debate over Trump's role in the 2024 presidential primaries. Rejecting efforts by several states to exclude Trump from the ballot due to his involvement in the Capitol riot, the Court emphasized that the authority to regulate presidential candidates lies within the purview of Congress, rather than individual states.
This case represents a pivotal moment in constitutional interpretation, as it grapples with the implications of the 14th Amendment's post-Civil War provisions. Specifically, the Court's ruling addresses the amendment's intent to disqualify individuals who have "engaged in insurrection" from holding public office again.
