Along with being a native South Dakotan, he is a composer, actor, and singer-songwriter who took his talents to USC and has since been scoring some of the most critically acclaimed projects in the industry, all while dropping his own solo music. I got the pleasure of recording with one of my best friends since childhood, Megan Wahl. I got to sit down and chat with a one of a kind soul, Kirra Johnson. Kirra is one of the strongest human's I have ever met. She has overcome so much at such a young age. From depression, anxiety, bipolar, suicidal ideations, nightmares & more. This episode will give you a whole new perspective on life.

From the first time I met Kirra I knew she was such a resilient person. The first time we hung out was a coffee date and our conversation was unbelievable. We bonded over our struggles with mental health and I was in awe of how courageous and open she was to talking about her struggles, especially because this was our first formal conversation. These mental illnesses are stigmatized and Kirra not only is open in sharing her story, but she advocates for those who struggle with mental health. I highly recommend checking out her account and reading her story.
