    The Courts Obstruct Filed Documents from your Official Court Record to Case-Fix

    My name is Stacey Sonnelitter. I am a mom of 4 and ex spouse of an attorney who formerly worked for CPS. If only I knew then what I know today back when my kids disclosed severe child abuse by their father. I never imagined the courts would give preference to an attorney friend of the courts at the expense of our kids… but that is what happened and it seems that’s a real thing. I have learned now of many similar cases of ex wives of attorneys who naively thought the courts would protect the kids. 

    Now I’ve filed a RICO lawsuit against the courts and other public officials who conspired against me under the Blue Wall of Silence and preferential treatment to the BAR association. I’ve also filed an Article 78 to remove conspiring police officers from their positions who were involved in my case and have a pattern of practice to conspire and use their office to dole out favors to cronies, family and political allies. 

    Many of these apparently corrupt officials failed / neglected to take and file their required public officer’s oath as well.     Ex-wife of an attorney who formerly worked for CPS and is a current Niagara County NY Public Defender.  If the six lines under my name don’t tell an obvious short story, then tonight’s show will spell it all out for you.  I will be discussing with Bailey Smith the horrors of entering court rooms that are friends of your opposition.

    There is something that Catherine Youssef Kassenoff, Lizzie, and I have in common. Our exes are attorneys and friends of the court where our divorce / custody actions occurred.  While Catherine was also an attorney, and a former federal prosecutor no less, her ex Allen Kassenoff was more influential in the courts. Catherine’s story sheds truth to Lizzie’s story and their stories shed truth to my story.  This is not a one off.
    This is a clear pattern of practice for the courts to ignore evidence of severe
    child abuse and award custody to the more favored party over the children’s right to life, liberty, happiness and freedom from harm. Our stories shed truth to your stories too.

    If the courts will eat their own, like they did in Catherine Kassenoff’s case, as unfortunately for her and her kids, she was the less influential attorney, what hope does this give us in our judiciary system? How does this instill the public’s confidence in our courts?  It doesn’t.

    Catherine’s own words 11 days before her suicide letter when I interviewed her on How to Fight CPS and Win the NY Edition, she was  “so let down by the system, I couldn’t even tell you”.

    I had the pleasure of knowing Catherine initially due to our online presence when she was looking for an effective motion to recuse a judge, and later because of my involvement in Lizzie’s case that Catherine also was helping with. By knowing both women, I learned of our strengths and we learned from each other’s pitfalls.

    Ultimately, we all learned, and care to share with you, our horrific
    experiences in the system that if we could not prevail, given the evidence all three of us have made public, then what can you do differently now knowing the system is operating opposite how many of us initially thought it was supposed to.

This resulted in 18 more months being abused by the court system. On February 7th, 2023 I won my Hague Convention case and me and my two young boys got to stay safe in the USA.     Mx. 'Alamea-Xian is the founding member and Executive Director of Protective
    Makua, a Hawaii-based 501(c)3 legal services and advocacy provider with
    members nation-wide and in several foreign countries. Protective Mākua is a
    community-based, Hawaii not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization. Its MISSION is to
    reform family courts to protect abused mākua (parents) and keiki (kids) when
    reporting domestic violence without fear of retaliation, discrimination,
    litigation abuse, or the threat of losing custody of their children.
    Mx. 'Alamea-Xian was the founder and former Executive Director of the
    Pacific Alliance to Stop Slavery (PASS) in Hawaii, responsible for
    reforming Hawaii’s promoting prostitution law as well as the
    introduction and passage of Hawaii’s first survivor-centered anti sex
    trafficking law (HB 1902 of 2016). In 2004, with the help of the
    New York based organization, Equality Now, they led a
    campaign involving grassroots public action and legislative advocacy
    resulting in the passage of Act 82 (2005), the first state law in the U.S.
    to outlaw sex-tourism. From conducting street outreach in the early
    2000s to their present direct advocacy with adult and child survivors of
    trafficking, Mx. 'Alamea-Xian has been involved in every aspect and
    stage of the healing process with survivors of both labor and sex
    trafficking.

Keshet has written for outlets such as the Times of Israel, The Forward and Haaretz, and frequently presents on issues related to Jewish divorce, domestic abuse, and the intersection between civil and religious divorce processes.
