He is the creator of The 7th Foundation, The One Show, The One Tribe, One Movement, One Party, and the bestselling author of The Way, 7 Revolutionary Steps to Living a Meaningful Life & Making a Real Difference in the World.
Andrew is an inspirational speaker, trainer, and coach who specializes in helping everyone be their best in all areas of life while making a more significant positive impact in our world. He is helping some of our world’s leading movers and shakers and will influence many more in the years to come.

Harlem-born and Bronx-raised, Gerard “Ogee” Allen, is the epitome of “never2old.” The father of four (three boys and one girl), and grandfather to ten, has been nonstop at believing in himself and all he has wanted to do…including rap.

Achieving the moniker, Ogee, came after many other childhood names; however, he has certainly earned it now – father, grandfather, mentor, and role model to the young.

After 27 years, Gerard “Ogee” Allen retired from the New York City Housing Authority on January 1, 2021. Before working for the City Housing Authority, Gerard worked for a printing company, a recording studio, and at Madison square garden.

First and foremost, Gerard “Ogee” Allen is proud of his children, in which his three boys are in the entertainment business (Ty-Trackz, who became a producer, J-Quest, who became a rapper, and Oun-P who was and still is a notable (and unstoppable) battle rapper - he won 7 straight weeks on B.E.T.s 106 & Park Freestyle Friday). Second, he is proud to still be alive and was able to work until retirement. Raised in Morrisania, one of the most notorious sections in the Bronx, New York housing projects, life is uncertain for Black men. But for Ogee, he was able to tell another story of his life.

Claudia Goetzelmann is a true global being having lived on 4 continents. German born, she is now based out of Venice Beach/ LA California.
At this moment she is spending time in Germany in order to support her parents during Covid.
Claudia spent most of her life traveling & working around the world as a Fashion Advertising photographer, capturing amazing places & beautiful faces for varied big companies and fashion brands.
In 2017 after a heart wrenching divorce and ‘death of her old self’ as she calls it, she became and certified End of Life Doula. End of 2018 she completed a Spiritual Life coach training and founded ‘Permission to Bloom coaching.

Debbie Ausburn is a social worker turned lawyer who has worked with youth-
serving organizations for more than 40 years. Starting in her teens, she has
served as a camp counselor, juvenile court probation officer, group home
parent, criminal prosecutor of crimes against children and litigation attorney
advising youth-serving organizations throughout the United States. Her most
important challenges, however, have been parenting foster children and
stepchildren. She has never had biological children, but she has collected
seven children and ten grandchildren. She has put the lessons that her
children taught her in her recent book Raising Other People’s Children: What
Foster Parenting Taught Me about Bringing Together a Blended Family.
