- The Trump administration has announced what is likely to be a multi-trillion dollar, over-budget, over-schedule 6th generation warplane built by notoriously corrupt and incompetent aerospace manufacturer Boeing - the stated purpose according to the Trump administration is to establish air dominance around the globe (rather than defending American airspace);

- As the Trump administration continues Biden-era wars, US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has proposed renaming the Department of Defense to the “Department of War,” part of a disturbing trend of embracing militarism and war abroad;

- As the US continues negotiating with Russia regarding the war in Ukraine, it poses as a “mediator” in what is actually its own proxy war on Russia, demonstrating dishonesty and bad faith;

- Senior members of the Trump administration “accidentally” invited a member of the US media into a Signal chat group discussing military operations against Yemen, most likely as an attempt to reinforce propaganda points regarding a supposed US-European “split,” and distract away from US operations against Yemen ultimately being part of a wider proxy war on Iran;

- Also this week, President Trump has endorsed pro-war, pro-interventionist neocon Lindsey Graham for reelection - casting serious doubt on the Trump administration’s goal of fighting against, rather than propping up what is often referred to as the “deep state;”

- The US proxy war in Ukraine is collapsing, prompting urgent attempts to impose a ceasefire on Russia;

- This includes a European-led "peacekeeping" mission into Ukraine to freeze the conflict and create a bufferzone preventing Russia from neutralizing the threat the US has created on its border;

US Condemns Thailand for Deporting Terror Suspects to China, Warns of Terrorism

-The US continues interfering in the internal political affairs of nations around the globe including Southeast Asia through “human rights” groups and direct interference through the US State Department itself;

-The US has demanded Thailand ignore its own immigration laws and extradition treaties with China to allow Chinese citizens who illegally entered the country to remain in Thailand rather than be deported back to China;

- Thailand has since returned most of the Chinese citizens to China while several of the detainees remain in jail for crimes they committed while in Thailand;

-The US has claimed the detainees, ethnic Uyghurs from China’s western Xinjiang region, are being persecuted in China, but admit terrorists may carry out reprisal attacks across Thailand in the wake of the extradition;

-The Uyghur suspects are part separatists backed by the US government to carry out extreme violence both in China, across Asia, and even as far as on the battlefields of Syria alongside ISIS and Al Qaeda;

- The new US administration, by repeating verified lies about China and its Uygur ethnic minority, as well as US demands regarding the internal political affairs of other nations serves as another example of continuity of agenda of US foreign policy;

While many believe the US has fundamentally changed its foreign policy in pursuit of “peace” over primacy, both precedent and evidence suggests the US is simply upholding continuity of agenda with overtures of “peace” merely a means of buying desperately needed time.

The think tank policy papers being drawn from by the current US administration do not mention “peace” or finding a place for the US at the multipolar table, and instead prescribe the means to reassert US dominance across the planet including in regards to both Russia and China.

The US under a new administration is attempting to convince many Americans that it seeks the end of the conflict in Ukraine. However all talk has centered on continued pressure on Russia, additional arms for Ukraine, and simply the outsourcing of a Syria-style conflict freeze to Europe instead of an actual enduring peace.

At the same time, the US has repeatedly pointed out that it is prioritizing confrontation with China in the Asia-Pacific region and simply doesn't have enough resources to fight both wars at the same time, needing Europe to "double down" vis-a-vis Russia.
