This week's episode I share a bit about one of my unhealthy coping mechanisms, how it made itself present this week, but while moving through that, I also had a healthy lesson with my children. Life is messy and it can sometimes feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders, then add children and that can double the weight you already are carrying. We take you on an inside peak of how I tried to blow up our marriage with an "almost divorce" because I knew we were both miserable in the roles we had stepped into. Surprising twist, Andrew didn't like that answer and we talk about the work it took to come back to each other. We share our story because it's made our relationship what it is today and the unconditional love we hold for one another is something to be celebrated. Welcome to the beginning of your new dream journey! I am Sarah Grady, mental freedom coach by day, mama to 4 always LOL I am also the founder of The New Dream Collective, a community and movement that I feel compelled to bring to existence for those who need support and accountability, while they do the hard work of stepping out of people pleasing and living co-dependently. Now don't get me wrong, it's definitely not a walk in the park (well, except for when you're taking that walk you enjoy so much LOL) It does take time and effort to re-write your story, but oh my goodness is it ever worth it!

My biggest hope for this podcast is that it reaches those who need it the most, so they can be supported while they find their new dream. EVERYONE deserves to love the heck out of their life, and it may take work, but it's possible.
