In this episode Sarah shares her process of recognising the multiple
matrixes that we reside within. Firstly, to the 3D - third dimension, which
is known as “the usual way of doing things round here”, existing in this
society and going along with it, not questioning too much, until one can
get to the point of perspective to really see it for what it is.
But her journey didn't stop there, like so many others who go through an
awakening, she found herself in the world of spirituality and then going

and the process of having to completely let go of who she built herself up

years, he helped her to realise what she wants and how to be true to
herself and her own morals and values.

time spent on her own, which also catalysed a process of working on shadow

Lama tells us about her wondrous journey into healing her auto-immune
disease through the use of plants. Her illness was triggered by one
singular traumatic event and she was chronically ill for 10 years, finally
being diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis.
Regardless of her doctor's advice on taking immunosuppressive drugs for the
rest of her life, she temporarily left her job and followed her heart to
Columbia to heal through plant medicines instead. This is a beautiful
journey of Lama connecting with nature, with herself, finding her true
nature and purpose and becoming more whole on this journey of being human.
