The Eagles could no longer survive the worst offensive scheme in the history of the NFL. The head coach’s obsession with being an offensive guru which is hysterical to type has lead to this offense being unwatchable. The defense played not good at all, the special teams were pathetic, the referees were atrocious, but regardless of all that the Eagles offense can’t win football games they are simply incapable.

Well this week it wasn’t A.J. Brown who made news but this time it was Derrick Gunn. DGunn reported that people inside the building are frustrated with Jalen Hurts. Nick Sirianni once again did his very best to lose a game at the end by calling the worst timeout in sports since Chris Webber but that shouldn’t overshadow the fact that Vic Fangio and his defense are single handedly saving this season. The Eagles beat the Lions 16-9 and I talk a lot about the fantastic defensive performance and the studs on that side of the ball and then I talk a lot about the other side and the horrible offense that this team continues to play.
