I’m not saying he has to fund your whole lifestyle, but you should be supported, considered, and cared for in every way that matters.

In this episode, I’m catching y’all up on life after the breakup and where my head’s been lately. 

I’ve been so inspired — my friends are out here killing it and it’s reminding me to keep dreaming big for myself too. For a minute, I forgot what my own goals even were because everything was so tied to my old relationship.

I’m breaking down how I recognized those patterns, how guilt can sneak in and distort the truth, and what I’m doing to move different. 

I’ve been looking at how I show up in all my relationships—family, friendships, work—and asking if it’s really aligned with who I say I want to be. It’s messy, it’s honest, and it’s all about choosing growth even when it’s uncomfortable.

I just have to take a second to say, I’m really proud of myself! It’s been a wild ride the last couple of months, but now I can see how far I’ve come and I’ve truly been feeling like that girl. 

I’ve been working on shrinking my circle, removing unnecessary connections, and detoxing from social media. It’s been so freeing—now I’m more in control of my energy, and I’m finally in a place where I'm at peace. 

Honestly, creating a more intimate, real-life connection with the people who truly matter has been so much more fulfilling than trying to keep up with every single person on the internet.

It's so refreshing, and I encourage all of you to create your own little bubble of calm, away from all the noise.
