Finding stocks to buy in a frothy market is always difficult, so I'm always on the search for good long term investments. I'm excited to be building a position in each of these stocks, as I really like their positioning in their respective industry. I think they're all leaders in their field, and think they have a long runway for success in the next decade. In this episode, I break down the 3 stocks I'm buying in February 2021.
This episode is for those of you who are just starting to invest in the stock market and are looking to start individual stock picking. Just 33% of millennials say that they own stocks, and in my personal experience, I have many friends and family members that aren't invested. Unfortunately, financial education isn't taught in public school; however, it's one of the most important subjects to learn in one's early stages in life. So instead, here I am talking on the internet, sharing what I've learned from the past 5 years of being investing in the stock market, in the hopes to motivate you to start investing yourself. In this episode, I go over the basics of picking individual stocks, and how you can get started today.

Property Solutions (PSAC) confirmed on Thursday what had been rumored for a few weeks: It's merging with Faraday Future in a deal that will take the long-struggling electric-car start-up public by the end of June. Let's discuss what Faraday Future is all about, and what I plan on doing with the stock.
Let's celebrate Hims & Her (HIMS) shareholders. Cathie Wood came in clutch to stop the sell-off which put Hims back near its ATH. I originally talked about Hims & Hers in my Best Stocks To Buy in 2021 episode; however, after this news, I wanted to make a dedicated video on the topic. Hims, Inc. is a telemedicine company that operates Hims and Hers, which sell men's and women's personal care products. Hims, Inc. was founded in 2017 with the launch of Hims, and Hers was launched in 2018. In January 2019, Hims became the second-fastest startup to become a so-called "unicorn" after Bird. Hims and hers offer a modern approach to health and wellness. Their mission is to eliminate stigmas and make it easier for people to access care and treatment for the conditions that impact their daily lives. That starts with creating an open and honest culture of care that is accessible for everyone, no matter who you are or where you live. Since launching in November 2017, they’ve raised over $200MM in funding and are one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands in history.
ARK seeks to gain a deeper understanding of the convergence, market potential, and long-term impact of disruptive innovation by researching a global universe that spans sectors, industries, and markets. Today, we are witnessing an acceleration in new technological breakthroughs. To enlighten investors on the impact of these breakthroughs and the opportunities they should create, we began publishing Big Ideas in 2017. This annual research report seeks to highlight the latest developments in innovation and offers some of our most provocative research conclusions for the coming year. I originally intended to break down Ark Invest’s 2021 Big Ideas myself, but after listening to this interview of Cathie Wood on ETF trends, I thought it would be best for you to hear it from her. This is unlike my other episodes but I thought this presentation was informative and I wanted to share it for you guys to see. She briefly goes over the 15 top innovative fields to watch in 2021. The team at Ark did a great job in their detailed analysis, which you can find here: https://ark-invest.com/big-ideas-2021/ Credit to Etf Trends for the interview: https://www.etftrends.com/webcasts/big-ideas-2021-technological-breakthroughs-investors-shouldnt-miss/
Wall Street Bets has taken the financial world by storm, by amassing a storm of short squeezes against notable hedge fund managers. With a community of over 2 million people, Wall Street Bets has pumped the price for certain stocks, most notably Gamestop (GME) to parabolic heights. This is a win for the individual investor and a clear sign that they shouldn't be underestimated. This has been amazing to watch and it will definitely go down in financial history. How will it end? Who really knows.. but all I know is that I would hate to be short these stocks. Sorry (not sorry) Andrew Left.
