Jeff Nelson is the owner of Bodyshop Fitness LLC.  Danielle Rainwater works as a trainer and helps with marketing for the gym.  Jeff is a bodybuilder and competitor.  Danielle is a bikini competitor and full time coach.  

Zach is a 198lb Powerlifter, coach, and owner of Integrity-Strenth LLC.  He has recently started training in Muay-thai in hopes to someday compete.  He is also currently an undergrad studying physics.  

Loraine Sindayen is an interior designer, mom, and wife to bodybuilder Mark Sindayen.  She has been along for the ride in the bodybuilding industry for over 20 years.  We talked about life, her career, and family.  She talked about her faith and how it has helped her through life, building community, raising children, and her time around the bodybuilding community.  

Frankie is a Men's Physique competitor and a member of team Renovation Fitness.  He is also an FX Supplement sponsored athlete, and a musician.  He is one of the most humble and hardworking men in the industry.  Frankie was very honest and vulnerable in this episode in hopes that he can inspire and help others.  We talked about his days in a band playing music, his childhood, and his journey into bodybuilding.  

Tianna Weymouth is an IFBB Bikini Pro competitor.  She has reached great success at a very young age through hard work and dedication to her sport.  Her goal in 2023 is to compete in six Bikini competitions.  

Seth is a powerlifter, aspiring coach, & content creator.  He has one of the most inspirational physique transformations that I have ever seen.  He started with kick boxing an Muay Thai and then transitioned into lifting and powerlifting.  We had an interesting conversation about all kinds of topics.  He is very interested in creating content and powerlifting in the future. 

Barb Honchak is a retired American professional mixed martial artist.  She is the first Invicta FCFlyweight Champion.  She has four wins in the Invicta FC promotion and holds notable victories over Vanessa Porto, Roxanne Modafferi, Leslie Smith and Felice Herrig. In 2017 she competed in The Ultimate Fighter 26, and then went on to fight in the UFC until 2018.

IFBB Pro Mark Sindayen, Powerlifter Sam Deason, and Bodybuilder Carlo Nunag.  Mark Sindayen is a an IFBB Pro, coach/posing coach, breakdancer & FX Supps/Warhammer Gym Gear/Drip Fit sponsored athlete.  Sam Deason is a powerlifter, co-owner of Ego Strength & Performance Gym, coach, & FX Supps/Iron Rebel sponsored athlete.  Carlo Nunag is a bodybuilder, two time NPC champion, & FX Supps sponsored athlete.  

This was a great episode full of information, stories, and it gets hilarious at moments.  The friendship and closeness that they share through their love and passion for the sport of bodybuilding really comes through in this episode.  Unfortunately there was a technical issue with the video and it did not get recorded properly.  Thanks to Marks streaming on instagram LIVE, we were able to get the audio.  This isn't a good audio capture, but it still lets us enjoy the episode and hear stories from these great athletes.
