Airventure 2010 is here and what better way to celerbrate then to fly into KOSH? So this is where I went with the Bonaza F33 in the season final of FS Ride Along. In this chapter John begins to pick up the pieces. But is he really ready to move on? Can he really do all that is expected of him. Or, is he hiding his grief and by pain by rushing into something that will take him in way over his head.

In this episode I take the time to rant about organizational politics which can take an origination designed to do the best thing in the world and turn it to crap. It speaks volumes about the phenomena of “group think”. And the human unique ability to take a great idea (i.e. communism) and screw up the implementation.
