The Night Watch

Did former Officer Chauvin and his accomplices really commit this unimaginable crime on video, knowing they were surrounded by cameras, by accident? Or did they do this on camera, on purpose, to serve a deeper and far more sinister agenda, that would lead to widespread protests, and ultimately to federal military on the streets of America?

The Old Normal began to unravel as the 2020 Chinese New Year began, with the Pandemic spreading from Wuhan, China to all countries on the planet. Is this part of an elaborate 2020 conspiracy, with more calamity to follow? Or was this a simple unlikely coincidence?

As the Old Normal began to unravel in early 2020, we find ourselves faced with a New Normal that we never expected, with Privacy Rights, Online Freedom, and Cyber Security rapidly eroding.

As an overworked executive with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high body fat, and severe back pain, I was inspired years ago by Joe Rogan, the UFC, and MMA overall to the point that I pursued a major life change when joining famed UFC Fighter Chris Leben's Ultimate Fight School. This episode is dedicated to Chris Leben and Ralph Fukumoto, two outstanding life-changing professionals from the world of Mixed Martial Arts.

The Old Normal began to unravel as the 2020 Chinese New Year began, with Covid19 spreading from Wuhan, China to all countries on the planet. Is this part of an elaborate 2020 conspiracy, with more calamity to follow? Or was this a simple unlikely coincidence?

As we begin to approach the post-pandemic New Normal, it is time to reflect on who made (or will make) Billions on the global crisis, who lost everything, and what fundamental human rights have been forever sacrificed.

Humanity is facing extreme challenges from all directions. A global pandemic with mass infections as well as widespread fatalities, also economic disaster including lost jobs, closed businesses, crashing stock markets, and entire economies shutting down. Not only that, but we have also endured the psychological hardship associated with losing our freedom of movement, being locked down, isolated, and disconnected from the world (and our former lives) in ways we never anticipated. Amidst all of this chaos and loss, how has Humanity handled the current state of affairs? Have we seen a rise in criminality, a deterioration of moral conduct? All of this is discussed in this episode of The Night Watch.

A discussion on the opportunity (and necessity) to stay fit and healthy, including proper diet and regular exercise, even during Work From Home (WFH), and thereafter. We also discuss diet options, fitness tips, and more. Remember to consult a doctor with any health concerns prior to trying this yourself.
