We have discovered something quite astounding. While combing through our research files something new presented itself to us. Something tied to the Oteev and the three. And for the first time in a long while we are getting an inside look into the characters and their purpose. But the file was large and encrypted in way that hindered our ability to fully translate the transmission it captured.
