Consistency and determination are the keys to success. In any journey.

I have noticed it time and time again in myself(this podcast and my nutrition coaching) and while talking to Will.

Will and I met while going through TACPO Assessment week phase 2 in March of 2024. He was selected and I was not. But that only made us closer. 

He is the second member from that team I have had on my podcast. I would love to have all 15 of them (that made it through) and even a few who didn't on my podcast.

Because every person has a story and journey. Every person has won and lost. We need to hear all their stories. Not just the popular people.
