Pastor Jahneke will share a Father's Day message at a time when many people want to get rid of all these special times like Columbus Day, Martin Luther King Day, even Thanksgiving and Christmas so we don't offend anyone or for whatever crazy reason.  Some even want to get rid of the whole idea of using the term "father" or "mother", "he" or "she".  Well, Pastor Al is not in favor of that at all.  This Sunday is "Father's Day" and we should all come to church and celebrate the importance of "FATHER".

What would you say would be the most important character to have in your life? Billy Graham was asked that question years ago. His answer was “Integrity!”  Today this is what the message is all about, “The Character Quality of Integrity!”

Today we live in a time when character issues really matter. “Big Tech” seems to want to control everything and unfortunately it could very well destroy the virtues that have made our nation great. But that is nothing compared to what it can do when it comes the values that God wants His people to hold on to! In times like these the people of God need to pull together building quality relationships. We need to have some loyalty to God’s Word and to each other.

In preparation for this message I would suggest that you read the story of “The Good Samaritan.” It is a familiar story, but sometimes I think we miss the message. It is story all about compassion and that is what I want to talk to you about today.

Easter Sunday – “The Comeback of a Lifetime!”

It is a terrible thing when no body seems to understand why you are doing what you are doing. From your point of view you know that your goal is clear and certain, but from where other people are standing they come to other conclusions. How do you handle that? Will the thoughts of others change your goal and what you think is so important? Jesus certainly faced that situation on Palm Sunday. What do you do when no one else understands your goal?
