What kinds of things have you mastered in your life? Have you ever been mastered by people or things in your life? Today we will talk about God mastering living beings—you and me. What kind of sounds might we make when God uses us as instruments? How was Jesus an instrument of the Father? What did he sound like and what did he do?

You can obviously tell by the sermon title today that I am once again going to speak about the importance and value of forgiveness in your life. Not only receiving it, but sharing it! We look at a simple story Jesus told that has a powerful message for all of us.

“A Prayer for Cleansing” Jesus talks to us today about the importance of forgiveness. Not only about receiving it, but also about sharing it with others. No word has greater meaning for our future than the word “forgiveness”. Jesus said in the Beatitudes “Blessed are those who are merciful, they will receive mercy!” Today we will consider the power, the importance, and value of forgiveness.

We all have stress in our lives and we all try to deal with it. We do it in many ways. I mean, we will make changes so we don’t have the stress. BUT HAVE YOU NOTICED SOMETHING? There are some things that we just can’t change! What do you do about those things? That is what I am going to talk about today!

Jesus came to this earth so that we would know the true God and the true God is OUR FATHER! “Our Father who art in heaven” Jesus us taught us to prayer. Today in our message we will come to better understand and take to heart the meaning of those words…that we can call God “Our Father”.
