In last week's Soapbox Jim Foster discussed his paper's focus on crime stats for Northwest Philadelphia (http://nwsoapbox.podomatic.com/entry/2012-06-10T23_01_32-07_00). He also shared the story of an assault in which a 911 call received no response. This week we spoke to Kelvyn Anderson about online tools anyone can use to track crime in their neighborhood and some of the ways it is being used.
