North of 60 is a unique land of magic and mystery. In this episode, we tell you the story of the Dene folk hero Yamǫ́rıa who rid the north of scary giant beavers. Evidence of his adventures still dot the land of the Northwest Territories. Then, we take a morbid turn into greed and mystery with stories of the Headless Valley. Were these decapitated people victims of an evil spirit? A serial killer? Did they cross paths with the Mad Trapper of Rat River? We may never know but we do know that these stories are some weird.
