The Q-man and Regina bring you up to speed on everything music going on, and introduce you to the unique talent of LP Da Artist

The greatest Neo-Soul Show on the web is back. The Q-Man takes over in the host seat with the talented Regina, as they bring you all the music news from around the globe. There will be giveaways, trivia, and an extra special talented guest, Naimah. This young, accomplished, super talented beauty will join us from her LA studio to tell us what it's like to have all that talent.

We live for moments like this!! With T. Mitch in law school and MJ getting her Bachelor's degree, we ask the question...what is better than 1 A? That's easy....A+A! This R&B and Pop duo fuses rock into their sound to create an unparelled or duplicated sound. All Things Go says the track is “a bright pop-laced R&B tune that showcases why these two make such a good pair.” We find no reason to dispute that!

Join us as we get the Naked truth and welcome A+A into our living room to dicuss their debut EP, LivingRooms!!

The last 96 hours have changed everything we convinced ourselves was our reality. The conversation must continue and we must get on one page. The lines of the Cypher are open to any and everyone to express their feelings and ideas on everything that matters!

Temperatures rising in the cypher and instead of cooling things off, we want to turn the heat up some more. You know that dry Texas heat!! Tameca Jones has got us 'Hot and Bothered' over her latest single and we look forward to talking to her about everything melodic!

Tameca has been the lead vocalist of a band and a renonwed cover single. The soul-pop songstress has since released 'Head Over Heels' along with the aforementioned 'Hot And Bothered' from her upcoming EP. You already know it goes down in the Cypher! Join us as we get to know Tameca Jones a whole lot better!

As always, don't miss your favorite R&B Soul songs in our #30minutesofmusic playlist!

The Baby Boomers remember where they were when they heard Stevie Wonder for the first time. The Gen Xers know where they were the first time 'The Voice' Whitney Houston belted a tune. The Millenials remember the Writings on the Wall (no matter what T. Mitch says). We promise you, you will never forget where you were when you first heard Sky Colette. Hailing from the West Coast most famous city, this songstress is blending the sounds of the 50's with her new age take on soultry singing.

With her latest single "Hey Big Spender' gaining traction coming off the heels of 'Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend', we are blessed to have Sky on as a guest before she extends to the outer heavens of stardom. Join us as we welcome Sky to the cypher and get to know her a lot better!

As always don't miss #30minutesofmusic in the Nu Soul Cypher!

One of the brightest new voices on the scene....sounds about right for what we do here! It's rare that T. Mitch is taken back by an artist's voice. But he took matters into his own hands to book the amazing songstress Aria Lanelle for the Cypher!

Singing at the age of 4, this military brat has grown up in music. From 'Then to Now' is a reminder that we should all stop and acknowledge our journey. By the end of this show you will know what her name is!

Every so often we get the opportunity to speak to an amazing artist that is a breath of fresh air. It's even more rare that we get to speak with a musician that wields a soultry instrument. Amazing how excited we are to speak with an artist who is also a blues guitarist! Austin, Texas' own Jackie Venson is stopping by The Nu Soul Cypher!!

Austin’s got no shortage of indie blues musicians whose music sounds great from a coffeehouse stage, but it only has a few who can put together the total package of eclectic, soulful jams and a stridently powerful voice the way that Jackie Venson can."  (Texas Monthly) Jackie was recently named one of the "10 Indie Black Guitarists You Should Know" bySheShreds.

Join us as we chat about everything that leads a young woman to the blues and the guitar! As always, the show kicks off with #30MinutesofMusic and then our Always Free host look to put a stop to the Endless War of lifeless music with Jackie Venson!!

A long time has passed since Lydell Williams was guest in our cypher. Like this show, Lydell has grown as an artist and is bringing us new music as he blends R&B with Neo-Soul to give you something to Groove Your Body to! Inspired by artists such as Zap and Rodger, Cameo, Maze and others, Lydell is a soldier to bring back the good old days of classic R&B and Neo-Soul music. The Sound of My Melodies is Lydell's journey with music through its legendary past to bring it to be a beautiful future.

MJ's #30MinuteofMusic will mirror the message Lydell Williams is bringing, looking to the past to shine light on the future!
