So today I woke up and my leg swelled and abit of depression set in, I feel like it was on my heart to talk about this today. Luckily I have my wife to help me cope, enjoy.

Life as a kid wasn't so bad and even though the pounds added up I felt like it wasn't so bad, until I went to military school....oh boy.

So keep in mind it's my first podcast , but I wanted to tell my story of how I became a big guy. Started as a kid with freedom and in my last year of teen life everything changed.
