In this episode Martin and Mark share their perspective as to whats happening in the Real Estate Market. We talk about the two main drivers of real estate investing and thats Unemployment and population growth. these are the two most important component when deciding what markets to invest in. When there are jobs in a city or market then people follow and that creates population growth. When you choose a market with a strong job and population growth you will always be in a good market. Mark and Martin discuss the unemployment trends in the country as unemployment went down to 7.9% down from 10.4% in August of 2020. We share the importance of knowing your investing strategy to make wise investments in any market. We found that a lot of people are buying real estate just because money is cheap and because everyone else is doing it those two reason alone will lead a person to make bad decisions. What we discuss and suggest in this episode is the importance of knowing why your investing and whats your clear strategy for investing. We share this and much more in this episode.
