You see me meditating daily and obviously it has great benefits to your health and wellness, but there are also different types of meditation.
One in specific is Subjective meditation.
When you have a problem or opportunity or simply can't get something off your mind, you meditate into that problem.
For 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, hours, however long it takes.
The key is you are getting deep in your mind into silence when thinking about it instead of thinking about it in a hectic world.
Now you can really find the clarity you need.
