On this episode of Between Periods Kennedy, Gina and Jas start off this hour with some donair talk and a recap of our week including Gina's crazy baseball game that happened during game 1. But nonetheless Jas gets to talk about Jeff and his appearance in game 5 and his goal, and we recap a bit of Game 5 against Dallas with our unsung heroes of the round plus our feelings on making the Stanley cup finals again. We transition into talking about Game 1 against Florida and how the Oilers broke their lead streak. The discussion around game 1 turns into a conversation around the hate the oilers get is unwarranted, 20 different players have now scored for the team during this run, and don't hate outside of the club when you can't even get in.

We do a quick social media recap of things we've seen, Celeste's Bachelorette, Max Kerman from the Arkell's on Oilersnation Everyday and The Edmonton firefighters that want Charles Barkley to come to Edmonton. Plus we do slip in a little talk about Taylor Swift owning her masters again and our song of the week segment is back.
