As we continue our focus week on youth/adult changing tables in the United States, I am excited to welcome , Ryan & Laura , parents to a daughter with special needs , caregivers, advocates & entrepreneurs.
Ryan & Laura share their personal experiences and great frustration with finding adequate changing areas for their daughter, Julianna, who has Spina Bifida & Arnold Chiari Malformation.

Sarah's personal experiences with finding adequate changing areas for her son with special needs led to discovering Changing Places campaign in the UK, which has been ongoing for over 10 years.
The mission of a similar campaign here in United States - Changing Spaces is to raise awareness of the need for public restrooms which accommodate everyone by advocating for the installation of powered, adult sized changing tables in venues nationwide.
