In this episode, I talk about my own trauma experiences and how I overcame them by doing the work. I go into great detail about how each individual we meet has a significant impact on our lives. I don't think we meet people by chance. Even those who have been cruel to us have done it for a cause. Each person teaches us something valuable that either leads us to the light or pulls us deeper into the darkness. The only way we can recover is to put in the effort and learn from each individual we meet in order to become our best selves. Every person we come across in our life can life our vibration or decrease it. What can you learn from it? Leave you answer in the comments below.

If you're considering going non-contact from a narcissist, there are a few things to consider first. In this video, I'll go over what to expect and provide some tips to empaths who are unsure about leaving a toxic relationship. Trying to get away from an abuser can be a nightmare. For many people, it seems like drug withdrawal, especially when they are doing it for the first time. Some people try to get "high" from an external source, such as another person's presence and approbation. The retreat from that feeling of grief (and the concern that they won't know how to be happy on their own) can be terrifying after a relationship ends.
