My BFF, Coach JJ, is back on Chattin' with Coach Amy today and I couldn't be more excited! We just got back this past week from the Trim Healthy Coach's Retreat in Nashville, TN. It was jam packed, filled with so many good and exciting things. We too, as coaches, found such encouragement being around other great coaches that make up this amazing community. We were so blessed and our cups were filled! I couldn't wait to share with y'all the things we did, what we learned, and of course, we shared how we fueled our bodies on these six days away from home!
