When you have energy. When the brain fog lifts. When pain isn’t calling the shots.
When you stop sitting on the sidelines and start stepping into your life knowing, I can handle this.

What surprised me most wasn’t just the physical change—it was the mindset change.
Confidence in who I am.
Confidence in what I’m capable of.
Confidence in my relationships.
Confidence in the calling God has on my life.
