Today's special guest Amber has put in the work friends! I couldn't be more proud or inspired by her. She has lived in fear of failure for so long and y'all I believe she is finding freedom from that. By taking one meal at a time, her daily consistency is reaping great rewards. Not only are her physical successes many, is she aging backwards. Together with her husband, Amber is leveling up and extending both of their lives. Amber's story is a powerful testament to the freedom and a 180º health transformation that consistency with daily habits can bring.

Today, Hillary joins me, I've affectionately nicknamed her Hilly. Her health journey, like so many others, began with concerns about her future health and where she was headed. Hilly took control to regain her joy and comfort in her own skin. Her story is filled with some pretty amazing achievements, both internally and externally, as she tracks her goals and celebrates her substantial progress. Her experiences are not just personal victories but also serve as inspiration to others, spreading happiness to others in her daily life and motivation within the Southern & Healthy community.
