Rather, let’s focus on the benefits of an active and growing sex life. While we can focus on the many health benefits, what if we flip the question and understand what’s behind your questions about “how often.”

Help me embrace that my body is GOOD. Help me to see and celebrate your power, goodness and wisdom that is revealed in my body- this temple in which you delightfully dwell.
