Progress: I’ve lost around 35 lbs. I didn’t measure but I’ve gone from Med tops and Large bottoms to X-Small/Small tops and Small/Medium bottoms.

Fave NSV: I can wear a pair of jeans and my belly doesn’t hang over.

Fave THM recipe: Right now it’s the Lazy Lasagna…I love the secret shakes too.
