Began THM: Hit it hard 2014-2017, then life happened, ha. Picked it back up in August 2022, found Amy that month on social media and hired her for 1:1 coaching in September/ October. Then rolled into blooms and haven’t stopped! 

Progress: I’m almost to 50 pounds total loss, I’ve got about 5 more to go. I’ve lost over 35 inches. 

Fave NSV: I went from a size 12/14 in august 2022 to a size 4/6 now. Also I don’t get tired running up and down the stairs any more- both of my boys’ rooms are upstairs.
