Jess Glazer Derose, an ex-celebrity trainer & owner of the multi-million online business The Digital Business Evolution, is no longer in the fitness industry but has always loved the world of fitness. She was a gymnast in college and a fitness trainer for 18 years, starting with the day care room then getting promoted to the front desk, and moving her way up through the years. She took all the tests to become a trainer before she was even 17, went to school for physical therapy, and even competed in bodybuilding competitions.
