Today we kick things off with a Journal of Clinical Oncology study indicating that women who are screened for breast cancer before age 50 have a higher chance of survival. Meanwhile, there is cause for concern over a new COVID-19 variant called "EG.5".

THE ONTARIO AG REPORT ON DOUG FORD'S GREENBELT PLANS

Liz West is now joined by Mike Schreiner, leader of the Green Party of Ontario.

The Ontario Auditor General's highly anticipated report on Doug Ford's Greenbelt plans is finally out and what we are learning from it is that developers had a role in influencing the government's decision on where to open up the land for housing development. And, as the 95-page report indicates, these developers could see an $8 billion increase in the value to the land that's being developed. So, what will come from these findings and will the Ford government be held accountable?
