Tommy Rowland, better known by his stage name Rowlan, is an American rapper, songwriter, and producer hailing from Los Angeles, California by way of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Rowlan is an artist with one goal in mind; producing and creating meaningful content for the people to feel, and relate to. Originally, music was Rowlan’s therapeutic avenue of release. Any thought that didn’t need to stay in his head found it’s way out through song. He touches many hearts with over a million plays on SoundCloud, and he’s evolved himself into being his own boss. Throughout Rowlan’s journey he’s found a deeper connection and admiration for the arts. Now, there’s more of an intense level of detail when blending his surroundings and culture into his music.

Next up in this series was my discussion with Tom Leu. Tom, a very driven husband, father, writer, speaker, radio host, photographer, and (classic) rock music aficionado. I’m also a lifelong learner, and passionate to share what I’ve learned (and am still learning) with others who enjoy learning and growing as well. Some call these types of people “thought leaders,” though that descriptor makes me a bit uncomfortable because it sounds a bit pretentious and self-aggrandizing to me, BUT that’s what the “industry” I’m in dubs it, so, there you go… I prefer to refer to myself as a “head-rocker”… and the double entendre is deliberate and very indicative of my writing and speaking style. I purposely live life at the intersection where communications, recovery, psychology, music, and motivation meet.

As a queer, non-binary, autistic, multicultural artist, Chrysanthe exists to create and communicate.
